PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME 2023

Categories : U14 girls and boys.

• Dates : 10, 11 & 12 January 2025
• Type of race : 1 “Géant Pro, 1 Slalom,1 Giant slalom, Each for both boys and girls.
  'Boys’ and 'girls’ races will be held simultaneously

Sports programme :

Friday

• Girls and Boys "Géant Pro" : 2 runs on bottom track of Bochard - Les Grands Montets area - Track Inspection 09:30 - First start : 10:30
• Race Committee : 20:30 Rocky Pop hotel Les Houches

Saturday

• Girls and Boys Slalom : 2 runs on bottom track of Bochard - Les Grands Montets area - Track Inspection 9:15 - First start : 10:15
• Awards Ceremony : 16:30 Olca performance hall - Les Houches

Sunday

• Girls and Boys Slalom : 2 runs on Les Planards track - Les Planards area - Track Inspection 8:30 First start : 09:00  
• Awards Ceremony : 15:00 Olca performance hall - Les Houches

Participants :

Approximately 120 girls and 120 boys

Logistics :

Friday

• Welcome arrival of the participating teams between 8:00 am and 9:00 am at Plan Joran ski lift in Argentière. 
• First night + breakfast, paid by the organizer/free for the kids and coaches for teams outside the Mont Blanc committee.

Saturday

• Saturday lunch (picnic style sandwich lunch on the slopes) and festive afternoon snack, paid by the organizer.
• Parade (procession) of teams and nations through the centre of Les Houches.
• Award ceremony in Les Houches at the Olca performance hall
• Saturday evening dinner to be covered by the participating teams
• Second night and breakfast covered by the organizer/ free for the kids and coaches for teams outside the Mont Blanc committee.

Sunday

• Sunday lunch, (picnic style sandwich lunch on the slopes) paid by the organizer
• Award ceremony with snacks covered by the organiser.
• Awards presented in Les Houches at the Olca performance hall

The cost of travel, the evening meals on Friday and Saturday, ski passes and inscription (27 € per day per person) and insurance remain at the responsibility and charge of the participating teams.
